The Support Gurus Ltd is looking for a high-performing, results-driven B2B Lead Generator with a proven track record in outbound outreach and client acquisition. If you're an experienced professional ready to work on a commission-only basis with uncapped potential, we want to hear from you.
 

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Generate qualified business leads through proactive outreach

• Use strategic methods to connect with decision-makers and build a strong sales pipeline

• Book intro calls or handovers with our business development team

• Maintain GDPR compliance and high standards in all communications
   

💰 What You’ll Earn:

• 10% of revenue from 1–15 paid leads/month

• 15% from 16–30 paid leads/month

• 18% + performance bonus for 31+ paid leads/month
   

Bonuses are performance-based and determined at the discretion of the company.
We use HMRC’s CEST tool to ensure contractors are correctly classified and compliant with UK tax legislation.
 

🧩 What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years in B2B lead generation or outbound sales

• Strong understanding of sales funnels, prospecting techniques, and tools like CRM, LinkedIn, and automation platforms

• Self-starting attitude and ability to hit monthly targets

• Clear, confident communication skills

• A remote-ready setup and flexibility across time zones (preferred)
